Well considering Palestinian parents, not all, but some send their children to Hamas’s “Lets learn to be Martyrs” camp, this isn’t too far off.

Plenty of Palestinians in Israel live happy lives and evil bigots exist on both sides. And while not all of Islam is radical. Both Hamas and the “Palestinians” government are radical.  I have met a lot of Muslims who denounce radical Islam and I would love for more of them to become pro-active.
Fact is radical Islam is large and growing.A Judea and Samaria is Israel’s. It’s no occupation. We don’t actually want to wipe your people off the map.
And its not just one Palestinian official its just about all of them. Abbas, and his marry band of lets hate the Jews and Israel. I have the evidence to boot. Sorry. But you’re not going to convince me otherwise.
Here’s some information on your occupation

1.) So, I’m pretty sure this is the same Tumblr user that a while ago, used clip art and images of markets in Gaza as irrefutable proof that the majority of Gazans do not live in poverty, and that any efforts to discuss the effects of crippling sanctions and the declining economy in Gaza, and the suffering produced by Israel and to a far, far lesser extent, Hamas, is “propaganda”. The existence of basic nutrients and even restaurants, shopping malls, etc. does not negate poverty- anyone who has been to developing nations in the Global South or is from one, knows this. In Myanmar (where I was this summer), for example, even in areas which are largely deprived of equal wealth distribution (and which is considered one of the poorest and least developed countries on Earth), you will find five-star hotels, you will find restaurants, you will find wealthy areas. Yet, of course, this does not serve as a facade behind which to hide in order to make ridiculous accusations that Gaza does not live in poverty, and that this poverty must certainly be a result primarily of internal factors (which is also categorically false, as every source has reaffirmed consistently with the exception of Israel apologists).
2.) This is ignoring that- in fact, 90% of Gaza’s vital services are in fact, provided by Hamas, and much of the other 10% are provided by other Palestinian political parties- a fact affirmed by Israel scholar Reuben Paz. The blockade of Gaza has resulted in a poverty rate of over 70%, according to UN reports (of course, the UN is utterly useless for intervening in situations of injustice and conflict), and according to other reports, it surpasses 80%. This is a well-known and established fact. While Hamas authorities have been extraordinarily incompetent in providing as much assistance to people in Gaza as they should be, the blame does not lie on them, and none except for Israeli or pro-Israel sources even attempts to claim this. Hamas is responsible for hospitals, clinic, schools, mosques, and all other essential services which help Gazan people- it is the only reason that Gaza is in itself not starving and suffering to even greater extents- along with food aid from outside the country, in the absence of which, Gazans would literally go into a hunger crisis.
According to Christian aid groups such as WVI (and basically, every other source), Gazans are almost entirely reliant on food aid- almost 80%.
The economy is largely in decline because factories have closed (a majority, in fact) due to the fact that imports are almost non-existent due to the Israeli blockade- according to some reports, 90% of the construction industry has closed down, although other reports verify that the construction industry is the only thriving industry in Gaza, due only to the tunnels which connect Rafah, Palestine with the Sinai in Egypt.
3.) I’m not entirely sure why you’re trying to bring up “radical Islam”- I’m actually not sure what that means, since as a Muslim, I view Islam in terms of schools of thought (madhahib), sects, Sufi orders, and schools of ‘aqidah- if you are referring to extremists, these are consistently condemned by all schools of thought, and we refer to them disparagingly as “khawaarij”. It is estimated that Salafi extremists form only “dozens” or “tens” out of a total population of around 1.7 million in Gaza, according to the ruling authorities themselves.
And actually, the majority of us consistently speak out against terrorism and violence- I’m not sure why this is a difficult fact to grasp for some people. However, many of us (I don’t speak for all 1.8-2.1 billion Muslims worldwide) do support resistance and self-determination for those around the world, such as in Palestine, Kurdistan, Myanmar, Somalia, Morocco/Western Sahara, Kashmir, the Caucasus, China, and elsewhere. This extends to non-Muslim countries as well, every human being has a God-given right to resist. We also condemn those in the Muslim community that have internalized Islamophobia (self-hating), and do not engage in “amr bi’l ma’ruf wa nahi ‘anil munkar”, which is identical to the Jewish concept of Tikkun Olam. We must reaffirm our identity and self-determination, while obviously condemning any fringe group that commits violent actions in the name of the Divine scripture.
4.) Racism against Arabs and Africans (who are also largely followers of Judaism, interestingly) is in fact, a huge problem within Israel and you only need to watch documentaries like this to get a glimpse of this. And while I am generally skeptical of many surveys taken in the Middle East, whether among Israelis or in other MENA nations, there have been numerous surveys which portray very racist attitudes among Israeli Jews. Many Israeli activists have themselves spoken up on the issue, and are working to combat the spread of racism.
Rabbis in the IDF have reaffirmed that non-Jews should not have equal rights in Israel, settlers attack villages, mosques, and cemeteries on a weekly (and sometimes, daily basis)- this is only one example, and hate crimes have consistently increased in recent years.
Benzion Netanyahu, Golda Meir, Ehud Barak, Ariel Sharon, and other prominent Israeli figures and politicians have consistently made racist and genocidal remarks against Palestinian people. I don’t believe I need to quote these.
Also, while there are Israeli politicians that are Arab (Palestinian), many have actually been censured for their politician views and their outspokenness. They are Palestinian. They support Palestine. Israel apologists love to consistently quote people such as Khaled Abu Toameh, but of course, ignore that the vast majority of Israeli Arabs and the politicians they support stand against Israeli policy and denounce it as apartheid.
5.) Why are you even trying to give Palestinians and those who support them links on Tumblr which are only revisionist propaganda? We are from Bilad ash-Shaam and we are well-aware of the history of the land- although I am not Palestinian.
Jordan is not Palestine. Syria is not Palestine (although Palestine was historically a part of Syria), Egypt is not Palestine. The only modern nation-state which corresponds to the boundaries of the Palestinian people is Israel and the Occupied Territories.
The last time I checked, Allah subhaanahu wa ta’aala/Elohim is not a real estate agent- occupation is thoroughly illegal no matter how you look at. There is no defense of it, whether in Gaza/Israel/West Bank, Kurdistan, Western Sahara, Rakhine, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Bahrain, Haiti, Honduras, Balochistan, or elsewhere in the world.
It’s very telling how Israel apologists will use a few poorly translated videos, or excerpts from speeches by those who are not even Palestinian themselves, as “damning evidence” that Palestinians can simply assimilate with other Arab nations (Palestinians and other people of Bilad ash Shaam weren’t even historically Arab to begin with, although many of us identify as such due to the mix of Arab immigrants with descendents of the Hittites, Canaanites, etc., and the shared language we speak). While conveniently overlooking the thousands of years of a distinct Palestinian culture and identity which speaks against that.
Palestinian culture is distinct from Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria. Falasteeni dance, art, music, architecture, etc. is not Jordanian, it is not Egyptian, it is not Syrian. Furthermore, the Palestinian dialect is distinct from every other neighboring country- Palestinians are continually discriminated against in Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt. And due to the armed opposition targeting Palestinians who support President Assad in Syria, Syria is not exactly a safe place for the descendants of Palestinian refugees either.
I could go on, but I’ve already sufficiently wasted my time- insha’Allah, this was beneficial to those who want to get a better insight into the Occupation of Palestine.
Fuck history revisionists and those who wish to erase identity.

Erik did a better take down of jewishpolitics than I did.
